Comment on How to Transfer Money to Chinese Suppliers Alipay Account by Reez.
Can I open an ICBC overseas and just use that to transfer?
I am unable to open a bank account in China because I only have business Visa/M visa. Therefore, I only have tourpass alipay.
So, long term, can I use my Oversea ICBC bank to make transfers into these supploers?
