Comment on What To Do When You Can’t Receive Taobao Verification Code? by Pat.
I am unable to revive my phone verification and there seems to be no other way to enter my account. When I try to use the we scan code option on the mobile device all the info is Chinese with no ability to translate. Is there any way I can speak to the live chat without logging in?
