I shop 淘宝 using credit card and I always have 3D secure features on my credit cards.
I just found that 淘宝will skip the step of verification of one time pin during my payments. I used the credit cards to pay online while shopping local website doesn’t have this kind of problem. May I know is it a security problem on the 淘宝 just for me or many peoples also face this kind of problem?
