Hi sorry Eric, just to clarify. For this global direct shipping. Does it mean that the seller of the product directly ship from them to our address in SG? Or do they ship to some forwarder and the forwarder ship to us? My item is eligible for global direct shipping, but the seller says they can’t ship to SG directly?

Hi Eric, can i ask if the global direct shipping is the seller ship from them to us directly in SG? Or they ship to some forwarder and the forwarder ship to us? (just minus-ing off the consolidating part) ??? Because i asked the seller directly and she claims she does not ship to SG directly. However i can still see the Taobao Global Direct Shipping option.
