but still does not explain why we cannot pay for consolidation shipping costs using UNLESS you use a Chinese local payment method. If your are a foreigner, you can buy the products using a foreign card and have them sent to the consolidation warehouse, but you cannot pay for the freight out using the same card. Its utterly ridiculous and has double standards if security is the reason.
