Tried looking up translations etc but no luck.
Is there a way to translate the app to English?

Hello Eric – thanks for the wonderful guide.
I have run into a problem with paying for consolidated shipping – I can’t pay using credit card anymore it seems and it doesn’t accept any other methods that I can use.
I’m in Australia.
Error message “alipay visa/mastercard/jcb credit card payment services will be offline on march 31, 2023. if you continue to use it, you can return to the previous page to choose foreign currency payment”
I’ve cancelled the consolidation twice now and tried again to figure out payment.. but there’s only 1 button to consolidate and go to the payment screen, the same as always. I don’t see an option for ‘foreign currency payment’.
Also – it says that I have the option to use my alipay balance – but as I don’t have a chinese bank account – I can’t add to alipay.
My parcels are down to 1 day left to pay/consolidate. Please help! Thanks x

Hi Eric,
My screen doesn’t look like this – and I can’t select to Forward shipping – it only offers my direct address and no option to change it.
Seller has set 999 as the shipping cost.
Usually my orders are fine and I can just select for it to go to the warehouse to be consolidated to me.
I am confused about what to do with this! Please help.
