I have shipped my parcel by forwarder since 16Dec2017 until now and not yet receive. Asked to contact depx singapore but they told me no such tracking number shown in their system. CEO told me they using 空运. Keep asking both COE & Dpex but no result from them . What should i do? This is my first time using direct as I selected wrongly.
