Comment on Taobao International Shipping: Everything You Need To Know by Naomi.
I made an order of 9 items from one seller. One was out of stock and never shipped and I applied for refund. The warehouse has had all other 8 items for a while and now it seems stuck because it’s still waiting for the 9th.
Will it correct itself? Will the warehouse realize that it’s not supposed to receive the 9th item if I don’t contact them so I can have the other 8 shipped?
