I have purchased a bag from Taobao recently and was shock to see the weight is 4.81kg. The seller told me the parcel weighs only 0.78kg and the size is 上宽：31cm，下宽：32cm，高度：23cm，厚度：10.5cm. Are u able to advise me on this?
