My item arrived at the warehouse and it weighed in and charged with more shipping fee than it should. For example, seller pack my item in a box that measures 58cm x 40cm x 12cm and it weighs in volumetric 4.64kg. But at the warehouse, the box now measures 64cm x 47cm x 13cm and weighs in volumetric 6.517kg. Why the big difference? Previously, I bought the same item and it weighed in less than 4kg. So, can I request them to do the weigh in again?
