Hi, I lost my id account and password, my google didn’t sync it and I already made two purchases on taobao. I didn’t register my phone number and email too. Feeling so stupid. And right now, will i be able to get info regarding my parcel if i call the customer service? I have the proof of payment. Or if don’t what will happen to my parcels? Will they destroy it? Will they contact me? So helpless.
