Hi Eric, i’m from malaysia. i buy a pair of shoes using taobao using global direct shipping. My parcel has arrived to skynet warehouse. After a week, my parcel still didn’t shipped to me. I call skynet and they said my parcel have custom duty. How can I retrieve my parcel?
