Hi,
I purchase an item in bulks & I already pay the product cost & domectic shiping to the seller.
The seller had deliver to my own forwarder which is not appointed by taobao.
The forwarder had confirm they receive my items but in my taobao account shows that my order still pending to arrive at the warehouse. Since I had my own forwarder, I won’t pay the 2nd time. How to resolve this issue?
