Hi,
I ordered a couple of items to be consolidated and sent to Australia, however one of the items (a pair of table tennis shoes) is listed as 1.9kg which seems very heavy for this item (I was expecting 1kg). What can I do? Also once the items have arrived at the warehouse for consolidation, can I return items back to seller?

Also, I can see an option to return items at the warehouse with “退回卖家” but I need to enter the persons address and details. Do I initiate a return to get this information?
