you can click [集运操作咨询(Consolidation Consultation)] or [问题咨询(Problem Consultation)] to contact forwarder Customer Service.

    I have purchase MORE than 20 Item using taobao. Some of it I have successfully deliver to my door step except for 12 ITEM.

    Contact customer services numorous time and none of them are able to provide me with the solutions.

    I have moved to Osaka, Japan and would like to edit my mailing address. However, I am unable to select my city due to the fact that it isn’t on the options menu! In other words, after choosing Osaka-fu (大阪府) on stage 1, I am not able to find and choose Osaka-shi (大阪市) on stage 2, which is required. Please help.
