Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by Ann.
Hi, I have a parcel return issue, and is being held by china custom. Lithe receiver detail is provided to me by the seller . So I contact seller about my item being held by custom but they said they cannot do anything , so what should I do ? Can I complain seller through Taobao platform ?
