Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by Donna Lim.
Ordered 3 items from Taobao. The goods never reach me. However it stated delivered on 26/12/2017, 1.00pm by ABX. Called ABX, they ask for the tracking number. I cannot find any tracking number in taobao.
