Hello, my taobao account got frozen, I tried to contact the customer care but my frozen account is not letting me in. It’s saying,”we’re very sorry, your account has serious violations and has been treated as a frozen account.” Whereas I never did anything it just came out of nowhere. I even ordered some items and I don’t know if I will get an sms that the items arrived or I won’t because my account is frozen
