Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by Kenny.
When I go to do a purchase on taobao it comes back as “the system is busy, please repay” or “Just a moment, your order is being submitted” and under neither circumstance does the payment go through. Both are on the app with no VPN. Is something wrong with my account or should I just wait a bit?
