Hello, i have ordered some items from the Blizzard store on taobao but one of my items have been flagged as abnormal and i cant get my items to ship. It’s a small plush thats not letting my order through. Im unsure on what to do since i only order cosplays. Any suggestions?

Thank you so much, is the return process complicated? I’m not super familiar with Taobao unfortunately. To add, I have multiple items from blizzard but they cant be shipped because of the plush. Is it possible to just return that item and ship the other ones?
