Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by Linda.
Hi Eric,
I’m trying to make a purchase on Taobao app. There a problem. When I try to check out the total I have to pay is ¥113 but the amount in the credit card page is ¥145. Considered that I’m being charged 3% for credit card the amount still should not come up to be ¥145. Can you comment on this. Thanks.
