Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by Shirlyn.
Hi, I bought almost a month ago. Status shown received but I never receive my parcel. After check tracking saw the parcel been delivered to Hong Kong transit. I’ve ask help from seller but they just told me they checked the parcel have been deliver back Malaysia since 2 weeks ago but until now yet to receive and I can’t track latest status for my parcel. Any advice? Thx in advance
