I had a package today go into some weird status where they seem to be saying it can’t enter the warehouse but without really describing why, so I’m supposed to contact the warehouse. The info on the logistics page only shows one of the items in the shipment so maybe it got split in two parts or something and that’s posing a problem. I can only guess… Anyway, the button to contact them took me to the logistics page, which I’ve already seen. Then the only button I can see on the logistics page is the chat icon next to the name of the forwarder, which goes to an automated robot chat which seems not to support English. On top of that, the forwarder is one which isn’t listed on the web page here yet (“Good-off-AU POST”)…
I did dig up an English support email address for Taobao itself from one of the URLs above, though, and will try mailing that as there really aren’t too many obvious options.
Otherwise the only solution I can immediately see is to beg around the office for someone who can speak the language…
