Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by INJC.
Hi Eric, I accidentally clicked on “Received Order” on TaoBao but have yet to received the Items. I have paid for the freight charges already and selected delivery by air. I have contacted the Vendor and he said not a big issue. What else should I do?
