1) Does Taobao have a email contact?
2) When trying to register my phone, from the drop-down list, my country is not listed. Is their another way to register a new user account?

My goal is to convert the user account into a developers account in order to use the Taobao/Alibaba API.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
