Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by Jordan.
I am in the boat as you! I never received my item either. Think there was an error as it reportedly made it to warehouse, but I never received notification to pay the shipping fee to get it here…I can longer log back into my account where my item was ordered. Any advice that anyone has, please help!
