Hi Eric, need your help. I have a item which the seller is sending as a replacement for a missing item. The item has already been send out and already reach the warehouse. My problem is in taobao system does not show anything about the replacement. But by using the number given to me by the seller I was able find out that is already reach the warehouse in Guangzhou. The problem is my order suppose to sent to Malaysia. How do I get the warehouse to sen to Malaysia if the replacement item is not in taobao system. Pls advice? Do I contact the warehouse directly?
