Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by Stephanie Tang.
Hi, it seems I have a number of items at the distribution warehouse some have been there for over a week. I cannot get an answer from anyone about how to deliver them. I live in hk, discovery bay. I try to chat with them but I don’t speak/read Chinese and the translator isn’t very helpful. Any advice? I’m really just wanting the items I’ve paid for. Thank you
