Hi ~ i have a question . Last 2 day ive requested a refund and it seems the process has completed ?
Ive checked the refund status . It says
因您支付宝账号身份验证问题，退款资金如果退回余额后将无法直接使用

退款发往银行
03月02日14点30分

银行处理
预计03月03日14点30分

银行入账
预计03月03日14点30分

It means that it will be credited into my alipay but i cant use it due to the verification issue am i right ? if its that case , how am i suppose to transfer the money to our local bank ?
May i know what should i do now ? confusing as I cant really read chinese .
