Thanks for sharing these contact helpdesk information. I did not receive my order, but system indicated I’ve signed off for receipt. Now my good us missing! The customer service only keep advising me to refund the order, but the seller is good! It’s the delivery issue! If I do a refund, will I get back the full cost to of the product including the delivery charges? Appreciate your advice.
