Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by Brian.
Hi Eric,
I have ordered from Taobao before with no problems, but my most recent order never made it to the forwarding warehouse. It got shipped out from Shanghai went all the way to Guangdong and back to Shanghai. The forwarding company is YunDa which I don’t see their contact information on your site for. How can I get in contact with them?
