Thank you Eric for sharing these information. Of late I’m having some problems with the Taobao service centre China. Ask them about my shippement which have arrived and pick up by the sg agent but have yet to dispatch the package to me since 28/12/18. The service centre staff(Taobao shipping)seem /act not to understand English(which is strange cause they are handling oversea shipment) and to my surprise after I check with them and didn’t get any correct reply, they change the date when the sg agent pick up the package. Sadly to say these useless service centre staff really give a very bad brand name to Taobao
