Alipay Charged My Bank Account, But Taobao Still Says My Order Is Unpaid
When I paid for my order through alipay, my card already approved the transaction and deducted the money from my account. They charged my bank account but Taobao says “waiting for buyer’s payment.” How should I go about contacting their customer service? Thank you.
