Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by Su.
It has been a month already. I placed my order on 14 Sept n it says I will get on 24 Sept- 2 Oct but nothing??? Its already 16 Oct and it still “processing”?? How disappointed. Can you please give my money back if you couldn’t send it. And those lazada did not provide any chat rooms for us to ask you directly. Please take action asap.
