Hi Eric,
I have purchase MORE than 20 Item using taobao. Some of it I have successfully deliver to my door step except for 12 ITEM.
Contact customer services numorous time and none of them are able to provide me with the solutions.
one of the customer service representative ask me to contact DEX-I Directly with this website link :-

Despite on numours email send to Inquiry@d-exi.net and a few personal email. I even make a call to DEX-I Bangadesh and they told me they did not handle shipment to malaysia.
first checking from me was at 30/09/2018 and the website last update was at 30/08/2018 with the detail Shipment Out for Delivery.
Second checking was at today 10th october and it mention the shipment successfully deliver on 30/08/2018??
I have been waiting for more than 2 month and the item cost me about 2000RMB++ This are some of the detail u might help me to trace and guide me to check where is the item gone missing.
