Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by Semilore.
Hello, I am new to Taobao and I have an account that I used for a few days while adding things to my basket etc. but for some reason when I tried going on to Taobao it didn’t let me log back on. It said i need to do a verification process which I did exactly what was needed which I thought would take a few minutes later turned into a whole month. I can’t log into my account and every time I do I am required to fill the form. I started to do it but I am up to the part where I need to use a Chinese card which I do NOT have because I live in the UK. I don’t know what to do and it won’t let me in without the verification process needed. I don’t care about verification anymore I just want to log in.
