Comment on How to Contact Taobao Customer Service by lxytyng.
Hi. I am from Malaysia. I have purchased stuff from taobao on May 13th. I used the direct shipping and paid 49.13yuan for shipping fee but my stuff has not reach me (today is 27th june) Is there any way I can ask for help from taobao or Mr Eric? Can you please advise me? Thanks.
