Hi Eric,
Can you go in to a little more detail about how to earn Taobao coins? I am very interested in it, but don’t understand some things. Such as, do we earn coins after transactions, or only by logging in every day and clicking on the “earn coins” button? Are there other ways to earn coins?

Did you notice that Taobao changed their website to redirect to “item.taobao.com” for everything? There is simply no way to get back to “world.taobao.com” to make orders for international.
I may have figured out how to make an order with the new Taobao, but it’s different since you select your official cargo at the payment settlement page now.

The Aliwang link says I haven’t installed Aliwang, but I have. The online chat link just takes me to artificial chat.

I do have a question. The warehouse shipped it back to the seller using 中山速递 but I cannot find the logistics company in the drop down menu to confirm the return. Which one would it be?

Hi Eric,
I successfully started a refund and got a return address from the seller. Now I am trying to fill out the return shipping address form, but it keeps saying “Submit Order Failed”. What am I doing wrong?
