hello, im a beginner of taobao, as of now i order via agent, but i to be a member of taobao sp i can have the privileges and also discount, my concern is about my bankcard i used, because i only have bank of china ATM to pay for the purchases items, is it ok to use my bank of china ATM as a member of taobao agent?
