hi thank you for the guide. i tried registering taobao today but the set username box and the submit button didn’t appear even though i refreshed the page. i tried again and somehow i managed to register using phone number. but my username is set to tb1267183 (example) so how do i change? and i can’t set up my email address too as i need to call their customer service but i’m not from china. any suggestion on how to solve these problems?

Hi Eric, somehow my Alipay account got frozen for no reason when I’m trying to make a payment. The customer service told me to verify my Alipay account using passport so I can unlock it but I don’t have passport. It is okay if I just use my family member’s passport?
