I really don’t know what to do anymore. Taobao won’t send the verification code to my number so that I could log into my account. Making a new account with a virtual phone didn’t work either, the SMS doesn’t come through. The only thing that kind of works is the Taobao app, which is fully in Chinese and I can’t translate it.
