Comment on How to Register A Taobao Account In 2021 by Kai.
Hi Eric,
I have successfully signed up for an account. However, i cannot add items to my cart. I keep receiving this message “Your account is under transaction protection and has been restricted from purchasing. It is recommended to go to [Mobile Taobao-Settings-Accounts and Security-Account Checkup Center] for details”. Could you help me in this matter?
