Thanks for your helpful guides.

I have twice been frozen out of Taobao for “serious violations” although I have only ever looked at products to use a third party shopping agent to buy. I have re-registered again today but I have no more emails or phone numbers to use if they lock my account again.

I want to try to make sure my new account does not get locked too. Can you please provide the email address for TB English customer service? This email address does not work: english@service.alibaba.com
