Hi, Eric, I have a problem , when I want to submit my information , the webpage send the following message ” Network busy, try later ”, already 2 months I am trying this, with other browsers, and other computers, and with a proxy, but always “Network busy, please try again later” in last step of registration, same with a mobile application.
I can not contact taobao customer service because I have to logined.
What’s the problem with this site. Can you help me?
