I buy from 1688.com with buyng agent and ship by sea with other shipping agents (products are textile and similar), but buyng agent don’t want to issue any documents and he don’t want to be shipper of the orders (I mean on the documents) . This is very big problem – till now shipping agent issue documents as he is the shipper, but then there are problems with the customs clearance of the goods. Because the customs requires the name of the recipient of the money( agent who by from 1688.com) to match the name of the shipper of the goods.
I try two different buying agent but the situation is the same.
Can you advise me something?
