Second question.

I am an Australian who deposited 1000yuan into my Alipay tour pass account over a week ago. The money was taken from my Australian bank account but to date, the money is still not showing up in my Alipay account.

Alipay also doesn’t allow me to finish the identity verification process. Do you know what is the reason? any pointers?

I am a foreigner who have a 1688 account. My Chinese aunty has an Alipay account that is already linked to her Chinese bank account. I want to link my 1688 account to my aunty’s Alipay account. What is the best way to do this?
1. Do I simply change my current mobile number on 1688 to my Aunty’s Chinese mobile number? and that should work?
OR
2. Do I get my aunt to open up a 1688 account or taobao?
