I buy from many agents before. SGshop is the slowest so far. It take 3 days to place an order for you even at non peak period. Don’t bother to use them when there are periodical taobao promotion like 11.11, 12.12 etc. they won’t be able to catch them. Not to mention delivery: Take almost a week to arrange for a bluport collection and have to pay $3 extra for that service. Their service hotline is useless, their answers are always nothing can be done. When come to speed, Ezbuy are so much more efficient and cheaper but they do have their own complaints too.
