PLS DONT BUY FROM SG SHOP! VERY DISAPPOINTING. They are very irresponsible and shipping charges are robbery. I don’t know how they can still operate their business with such manner.
I bought a pet pram and made 1st payments as per their instruction. I called Customer service to guide me how to make 2nd payment. The customer service officer named Johnny mislead me on the instruction and ended up buying 1 more item. They refused to refund me.
After I made the 2 payments I received an email notifying me the item collection date and time. The email specified 5-6pm Saturday . I went there and their warehouse staff told me that the office is closed already. I came a long way to Ubi ave to pick up the item . I will delete my Sg shop account and I’m willing to spend legal fee to sue Sg shop . This is totally a breach of Fair Dealing Act!
