Hi Eric,
My parcel is rejected by taobao logistics. They sent 2 parcel, 1 is a free gift and another is the rejected parcel because the parcel is too big for direct ship. Then for the return of the big parcel they ask me to pay 200RMB and will return once received. But the seller also ask me to return the free gift parcel which we did not know they sent or when bought. And now they ask me to pay additional 100 RMB what should I do? This 100 RMB the seller won’t be returning to us.
