Comment on How to Return the Goods from Warehouse to Taobao Seller? by Grace Tyler.
Hey,
I am facing legitimate faces for months now.
1. Initially a Flagship store was opened in 2020.
2. Due to miscommunication with the TP, The TP applied for the withdrawal of the Flagship store and did not notify us. The 30 days time period has been passed now to cancel the withdrawal request.
3. Now I want to open a new store. Meanwhile, my inventory is sitting in one of the Cainiao Warehouse.
4. Now, my TP is saying that for applying to the New store I need to clear the inventory to the Non-Taobao store as a transition phase.
5. However, warehouse people are now charging with an insane amount of money with any receipts and they are saying it is the estimated fee, after settlement of the inventory they refund me.
Now at this stage, it is complicated. Can you please guide me?
